Pretty basic roll, really.
It’s your standard inside-out dish, rice on the outside, seaweed inside that, and thin sticks of cucumber in the middle.
Not overly tasty, but it’s cheap and it’ll fill an empty stomach… if you eat enough of the stuff.
Is there a recipe that I can get for the other type of cucumber roll? It has some type of crab mixture and (maybe) rice wrapped in cucumber. I LOVE this type of sushi and so far this is one of the only recipes I can find for any type of "Cucumber Sushi"
